Make your day: Eat the zinger burger and feel great!

Material:

·         Chicken pieces of breast (2)
·         Salt to add taste
·         Black pepper about ½ tsp
·         Red chilli powder1 tbsp (crushed form)
·         Papaya paste about 2 tbsp
·         Eggs 2 in number
·         All-purpose flour 3 tbsp or ½ cup
·         Corn flour 3 tbsp
·         Rice flour ½ cup
·         Oil for deep frying
·         Burger buns 4 in number
·         Mayonnaise ½ cup
·         Iceberg lettuce 1 flower

Method:


Cut the whole chicken breast pieces into two halves. Then marinate the whole chicken with salt, black pepper, red chilli powder and the papaya paste. Take a bowl and beat up the eggs batter. Coat the whole chicken with the dry flour mixture. Deep fry the chicken pieces in oil. Cut the burger bun into 2 pieces and then spread some mayonnaise on the bun. Take the leaves of iceburg lettuce and place them on the bun. Now, put the fried chicken pieces on the buns and apply some mayonnaise again. Cover the whole burger with other part of the bun.
